In-Process Quality Monitoring

Every finished component undergoes dimensional, visual, and functional inspection using calibrated gauges, CMM, and specialized instruments before approval and packaging.

Brief Quality Control Workflow

Our QC process is a fully integrated system designed to meet customer requirements and deliver consistent satisfaction. It begins with incoming inspection and testing, followed by in-process quality control (IPQC), and concludes with outgoing quality checks (OQC) and product performance monitoring. Supporting this flow are five critical pillars: quality document audits, NPI quality systems, corrective and preventive actions, statistical process control, and ongoing education and training. Together, these layers form a closed-loop system that ensures every product meets the highest standards of precision, reliability, and performance.
